Using a computer can cause and aggravate cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS). This is because the normal computer keyboard and mouse require you to position your arms and hands in a way that puts pressure on the ulnar nerve. Repeated computer use will over time start to damage the nerve, resulting in CuTS. To reduce the nerve damage and pain while using a computer, you should ensure your workstation is ergonomically correct.
