4 months out
still with moderate to severe paraesthesias
fine touch is present (returned, diminished)
grip 60%
pinch 25%
intrinsic muscles 4/5 with poor coordination
Cannot use hand to place screws or manipulate fine objects eg computer plugs, screws, nuts, or typing
Numb area of skin over proximal ulna 1x4 inch patch

discussed flexion paraesthsias in "unaffected" arm
for consideration of decompressive procedure "prophylacticly" No science behind approach and risk of
subluxation postop leading to damage as well as interference with blood supply, felt to make it a bad choice.

Since the original thread (Anyone with GOOD results?) was getting trashed with the change of topic to to debugging html, I double posted this to a new thread

Craw,

Have you or your doctors looked at your Guyon's Canal for possible entrapment? My Ulnar was more effected in the hand and wrist as it turns out than the elbow. Just a thought.
