To bold text, select the text in the message box, then click the "B" button above. Italics should work the same way. Underline too, and lotsofprettycolors! Not sure why the text size doesn't work, maybe it's a setting, I'll check the admin panel.

still with moderate to severe paraesthesias
fine touch is present (returned, diminished)
grip 60%
pinch 25%
intrinsic muscles 4/5 with poor coordination
cannot use hand to place screws or manipulate fine objects eg computer plugs or typing
numb area of skin over proximal ulna 1x4 inch patch
discussed flexion paraesthsias in "unaffected" arm
for consideration of decompressive procedure "prophylacticly" No science behind approach and risk of
subluxation postop leading to damage as well as interference with blood supply, felt to make it a bad choice.
