the pain mangement doctor put me on the percs the other ones wouldnt give me anything for pain actually im on percs and generic percs they are helping me especially the oxycotin so im getting a little better now or atleast some pain relief it takes the edge off it was the ortho who didnt want me on like darvocette or hydrocodone anything like that they wanted me to take tramidol tried it didnt work but now since i go to this pain management doc hes great not because of the med but because he found the problem I wouldnt give two cents for the ortho he didnt care..... lori

I se its verry similar to my situation.
My ortho isn't worth 2 cents eather, Thank god for pain management or we would both be still in the dark, beging dr to believe us that something was wrong. Is your arm wasteing at all ?.....mindi

Yes and my elbow looks deformed.. do you use your arm at all? lori

Yes I try to use it through the pain for little things to keep it from wasteing but dosent seem to stop it. The more I use it of course it hurts and goes numb from just above the elbow down to fingertips of all fingers. Then the bruises around my arm get worse. Do you use yours? And do you have any bruising?

yeah same here I try to use for little things thats it too much pain but you know if you dont use it for little things it will go stiff on you thats it though it hurts doing that yeah mine is numb too he told me water so Im trying to get kevin too move my hot tub and hook back up every tinme I go in for doctors appointment the doctor keeps telling water thats what will help............. it hurts trying to type here just little things and the bruising is like on top elbow... lori

Hello , I just wanted to give an update. I wont be able to type easily soon as I am loosing controll of my arm much faster every day. I lost so much feeling, range of motion, and muscle tisue in the last two weeks that use of arm is going to be limited realy soon. I'm going paralized more often up to 3-5 times a day and my hand is weak shaky and the two little fingers just hook over and droop. I'm still trying to get help before thigs could be more permanant, i'm hopefull that when I se the new neuro in three weeks they will have some answers.
