HI, I am a 37 year old secretary and was diagnosed (I disagreed with it) as having carpel tunnel 3 years ago. My symptoms were classic CTS.

I have really bad pain in my wrist, a clicky wrist, numbness in little finger and ring finger, pins & needles on the top of my hand and pain in my arm.

I am due to go back to the dr's on Monday and I know they are not really up on this type of thing. I am desperate for some fort of pain relief, I have tried all the usual ibprofen etc and I am waking at 3am every morning in extreme pain with my wrists bent up. I can't give up my job and I know its because I am on a laptop most of the time.. Can any one suggest anything at all that may relieve the pain... Thanks so much in advance.. Nikki (Liverpool UK)
