Oh, also, keeping your arms from being pronated (or in other words, keeping your hands in the 'handshake' position) will further reduce stress on the nerves of the upper extremity. Vertical mice and keyboards are good ways of accomplishing that task, and I plugged a few I've had some success with farther up in the thread.
