Anyone using Mad-1 or cold laser treatment? 3 Years ago Karma: 0
Hello- I am new you your group and am looking forward to your ideas and input on CTS. I have not been officially diagnosed but my primary thinks this is what is happening. My work involves repetitive motions-consignment clothing store so most days I'm imputing inventory information, taking cloths on and off hangers, reaching up and down. I also tend to sleep with my arms tightly flexed. About 2 years ago I began to wake up repeatedly during the night with my forearms and hands "asleep". Now, my elbow "funny bone" is sore to the touch. I can stretch my hands tho they are stiff and have no "clawing"

I've begun to see a chiropractor for cold laser treatments. Has anyone ever had success with this treatment? Also, I found information on a battery operated device called a Mad-1 which sounds too good to be true. You can stick in on effected parts of your body via a adhesive pad for any amount of time on a daily basis. It was designed to work like a cold laser promoting blood flow to the area for healing. Any feedback on this! Sue

I'm starting cold laser tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes. PEMF sounds very promising though.

Cold Laser 2 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
I went through 5 treatments with the cold laser on my elbow and arm. I paid $65 per treatment. The doctor told me that he helps people with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with this FDA approved treatment. Unfortunately, I did not notice any reduction in symptoms. He said that after 5 treatments I should have noticed something if it is going to help. www.coldlaser.com talks about it.

Hi there
I don't know if this is going to be of help, because I am not sure whether I have cubital or carpal tunnel syndrome; I have had different diagnosises.I have been experiencing severe symtoms in my wrists, forearm and hand. Like you, i found the MAD-1 on line and thought I'd try it.
I have been using two of them on my wrist and forearm for the last two weeks and there has been a really big reduction in the symptoms I have been experiencing. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will do what it claims and heal things up completely. If anyone else is using it, I'd love to hear how they are getting on.
