You have provided a lot of good information, but frankly, I've found cubital tunnel to be depressing
Does anyone offer a cubital tunnel support site,
I may need one
But seriously, my doctor has told me that recovery will be a long drawn out process and not to worry.
Of course, he has never had cubital tunnel
I'm guess I'm just thankful that I didn't injure my back, I've heard that is a night mare too
Best in your recovery
BTW, my doctor gave me this huge arm splint to sleep in until my surgery and I think your elbow sock idea is great

I was given an elbow splint to sleep in but it is so uncomfortable that I can't sleep with it on.
Will give your idea a chance, anything to prevent surgery

Hey Jimmy3:
I was told I could be back to work with no lifting (typing ok) after my splint is off in 11 days. Maybe you should seek another opinion. Unless it is an emergency procedure, you have time to ask around.

Thank you Mark, and yes I found that elbow splints are very hard to sleep in
