Phyllis
You have provided alot of information which has been very helpful to me
My doctor blind sided me with a ton of information and I really don't remember half of what he has told me
He did recommend a knee pad from Walmart to keep me from sleeping with my elbow bent, but it is just too bluky
So I will give your sock idea a chance

Thanks for the video showing using the socks instead of a splint - it's been very frustrating the past few weeks with no easy solutions using elbow pads that wouldn't stay on at night and were uncomfortable.
What a great idea - just watched the video and already have the socks on my elbow and wrist - thanks so much.

Hi Mark,
Sorry for taking so long to reply but I've been on vacation
Yes, I still sleep in with a sock around my elbows and it is a lot better than a regular elbow splint
Best,
Phyllis
