I just found out that I have cubital tunnel and from all the information that I've gathered,
this is a dreadful recovery.

I will give you elbow splint a try as I am trying to avoid surgery.

I am scheduled for surgery in Dec but am doing all I can to get out of it.

Phyllis - you are saying that your elbow was not immobilized after surgery? Did you have the Ulnar nerve transposed - or the Medial epi removed? My ortho Dr is saying something like a brace or cast or something for 2 weeks restricting elbow movement to only a few degrees. I am very concerned about that as I live alone and don't know how you can function dressing etc with the limited mobility. My name is also Phyllis.
