Hi! I had surgery May 10th. Everything went very well, until this morning. This morning I woke up with severe wrist pain and my palm and fingers are numb and tingling. This is worse than before surgery. Is this normal? Any information would be great! Thanks!

I had transposition surgery. I guess I should have clarified. The numbness and tingling gets worse when I lift something or touch my forearm.

Have you seen your doctor about this?

Quite possible that there is still a bit of swelling within that area that can cause that, especially when you lift something. The muscle may contract onto that nerve and send the pain signals out. Try rubbing on the incision a few times a day to try to break down the scar tissue. This will help relieve alot of other issues as well.
