What is "tos"? A different specialist in the surgeon's office thought the shoulder pain was tendinitis & wrote me a prescription for PT. I didn't go because I knew there was something else going on & was leery of going to PT again since I think the first therapist injured me. I complained to the surgeon about the shoulder when I saw him 3 weeks ago, but he said anything they would do for the shoulder right now would irritate the elbow. I'm seeing him again in June 8.

Have you gotten any more answers about your brachial plexus thing? I wonder how Brenda is doing.

OK, I Googled "tos" and discovered it is thoracic outlet syndrome. This makes sense to me. I had actually seen it in the Merck Manual before getting nerve conduction tests & had most of the symptoms. However, I mistakenly thought it was related to thoracic *spine*. I asked one of the doctors if there could be problem in thoracic spine (as I have often had pain in that area), but that idea was rejected.
