when i went to pick up test results for insurance company he did not have a diagnosis on them after I insisted I needed such for insurance he basically took a ball point pen and marked out the original readings put in different readings and a diagnosis of normal

He is still refusing to provide the nerve wave forms so there is no way to prove which is correct reading. If you want to go email i can send you a copy of what he claims as his defense that being as he states "computer marking system was not working properly and printed different readings than what was on monitor" in other words the monitor on computer said 67.5 and printer said 11.2 he put right reading on form.

Or you may say the printer developed a schizophrenic mind of it's own printed it's own readings. And he actually expects the judge to believe it.

yeah i'd like to see that... that's crazy.. so are y'all supposed to go before a judge?
