Thanks for your response to an earlier post. In it you mentioned 'nerve glide' exercises. Could you describe them for me please or direct me to a book/website that describes them?

Also, search our forum, Brenda has some really good postings on how to perform the nerve glide exercises.

Did your dr send you to physical therapy in the past? Usually you are given nerve glide exercises in the pt programs for cubital tunnel syndrome.
