I know your in down south ca, but there is a very good surgeon in walnut creek ca. Dr Laura Timmerman. SHe does 1000 of these surgerys a year.
She is a regional elbow specialist, and i must say she is good.
My right arm was so messed up after a industral accident , and righ tnow im typing using it again =0
Her office staff is A++++ aswell.

I drove 2 hours each way just to see her and it was worth it!!!
