Sorry for taking so long in my response to your comment and yes I had swelling and brusing too
but you can safely use ice packs for a few minutes several times a day

Yes, I visit Cary every now and then
the home of the late NC State Jim Val....
A lot of my family went to NC State too
Cary is a great area....

That's what I think is so odd
I too woke up on morning with cubital tunnel
without any warning signs at all
I travel long distants on my job and I lift weights too
I did increase my weight lifting and guess that's what did me in, or at least that's what the doctor thinks
