Hi, I am seeing a nuerologist this week, and am new to the forum, but am quite sure i have CUTS.
I've been wrapping arm at night, and being very concious of overusing it, etc, etc.
What about lifting weights, i.e. curls, bench pressing, wrist rolls,riding bicycle, etc?? I assume it's a no no, but i'm anxious to start working out again. Between depression, anxiety, etc, i really miss it. Of course i'll ask MD, but i figured id ask here as well.
I don't have any pain yet, nor has it gotten any worse in the month i've had it. It hasn't gotten any better either though!
