Well I hit a sobering milestone. I am past the one year mark since I started having problems. I remember clearly being so disturbed at having tingling fingers, and then on July 4th, I was so happy when it went away and I enjoyed the holiday. Then it came back the next week. UGH.
My current status is frustration. After the EMG test came back negative, I didn't hear from my doc for a month! I finally called and they wanted to see me. The guy didn't even remember that I had the test, and couldnt find the test results. He just seemed absolutely clueless on what to suggest next, and decided to Xray my neck again.
Then he told me that the curve in my neck didn't look normal. Great, that's the last freaking thing I need to hear. He suggested that I go back to the ortho doc, the same one that had been rude to me, and only talked to me for 5 minutes.
At the end, he basically said he would try to set up a MRI for me to look at my neck. That was two weeks ago. I'm sure I won't hear from them.
I'm just lost complete faith in doctors. It's always a guessing game with my problems.
