As for me, I have not had a very pleasant time with the guyon tunnel surgery and I would never recommend it unless its a dying emergency..

Phyllis, don't leave us hanging girl......what happened???? I'm looking at going to my doc to see about it and I like to ask questions. If you are experiencing problems, please share your concerns as it will help me address these issues right up front. I'm so sorry you are having such difficulty. Nothing sucks more than undergoing surgery and not having a good outcome. Or coming out worse than you went in. What is your Doctor saying? How is your hand affected? Jennifaux

Howdy Phyllis,

What is your Guyon result so far? My pinkie numbness came back within 6 months of my release at Guyons's. The heal of the palm went numb again after a year - although some of this might be my new neck herniations. Update us with what's going on. Take care.

Gosh, that looks painful.

I ask my doctor if I could be pinched in the wrist too, since typing was my demon,
however, he said at this point the nerve test would not show the pinch in the wrist because of the nerve damage down the forearm.

So it will be months until I have another nerve test to see if all heals correctly after surgery.
